Screen Sensitivity
CEDIA
We use CEDIA to screen for Buprenorphine and 6-AM
Buprenorphine Assay
The limit of detection (average+ 3SD of 21 buprenorphine free urine specimens) for the CEDIA® Buprenorphine Assay is 1.25 ng/mL.
6-AM Assay
For the Qualitative application, the limit of detection (LOD) was 1.1 ng/mL. For the Semiquantitative application, the LOD was 1.01 ng/mL.
DRI
We use DRI for screening for the analytes listed below
Sensitivity here is defined as the lowest concentration that can be differentiated from a negative urine with 95% confidence.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Amphetamine assay is 10 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Barbiturate assay is 25 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Benzodiazepine assay is 9 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Cocaine Metabolite assay is 40 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Opiate assay at a 300 ng/ml cutoff is 6 ng/ml and at a 2000 ng/ml cutoff is 26 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI PCP assay is 5 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Oxycodone assay is 4.9 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Ecstasy assay is 22 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI PPX assay is 15 ng/ml.
The sensitivity limit for the DRI Methadone assay is 10 ng/ml.
